Shipping Policy

At VapeRookie, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly while following all applicable federal, state, and local laws for vapor products.

Fast Order Processing

Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible after payment and age verification are completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Age Verification

By placing an order with VapeRookie, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. All orders are subject to age verification before shipment.

Adult Signature Required

All deliveries require an Adult Signature 21+ at the time of delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required by the carrier. Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered without an adult present.

Shipping Restrictions

VapeRookie only ships to locations where vapor products may legally be sold and delivered.

We do not ship to states, cities, counties, municipalities, or any other locations that prohibit the sale, possession, or shipment of vapor products, including areas with vape bans, flavor bans, or shipping restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.

PACT Act Compliance

VapeRookie follows all applicable requirements of the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act, also known as the PACT Act, including age verification, adult signature delivery, applicable tax requirements, reporting requirements, and shipping compliance rules.

Shipping Carriers

Due to federal regulations and carrier restrictions, vapor products may only be shipped through approved carriers and delivery partners that are permitted to transport vapor products. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed age verification, refusal of delivery, or failure to obtain an adult signature, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. VapeRookie will assist customers when possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, compliance reviews, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
