At VapeRookie, we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of vapor products, used, opened, damaged, or tampered products cannot be returned.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@vaperookie.com. We will review the issue and work with you to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
